To Bot or Not To Bot
There are times in life, when you need to step back and look at the direction you are taking, with a new set of eyes to gain a new perspective about the direction you are taking. In April, I decided to take down my books from Amazon, and rethink my writing approach. Book sales had pretty much flat lined. Social media was more of a time consumer, than a marketing approach. As Einstein stated, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results."

Writing and Release Updates
I am pleased to announce that my first book in my Carillu series is up on Amazon for review and the author proof copy is on it's way. I'll be releasing Froggie and Friends this month. This series touches my heart as the first book is co-authored by my daughter Amber and dedicated to my two special needs grandchildren. They are featured in Froggie and Friends.

New Directions
It is with deep reflection, that I have made the decision to close the majority of my social media accounts at the end of this year. I will instead be focused on posting my writing here. The testing has been done and I have a good feel for each platforms abilities and limitations.

The Strategy of Writing
The strategy of my writing is that I wear different hats. There are times when I am a manager and giving my "employee side of me" deadlines to meet. There are times when I am the CEO and holding my manager side of me accountable. I wear many employee hats. I am a UX Designer, Marketing Rep, Social Media Rep, Visual Designer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Sales Manager and copy editor. And then of course... there are the stock holders side of me, that holds us all accountable.

The process of becoming the master architect to rebuild myself. To be the master artist and to create the woman I desired to be. Stroke by stroke of the brush on the canvas.

Stepping into the Unknown
As I begin to put together my thoughts, that I will share in book 4, The Realm of Love, I've reflected on this new realm that I will be stepping into. A realm of unknown. Stepping into the unknown, has been my life journey over the last ten years after I left the cult, and stepped into a world that was foreign to me. Every step forward was a step into the unknown. It has been a very challenging but wonderful journey. I often reflect back on those ten years, especially now that I am in editor prep for book 2, Into the Mirror. It goes to the editor this weekend. Book 1, Falling Silence has come back from the editor and now I am in the process of making corrections.

A World at my Fingertips
We are all seeking the same thing. To live a happy life and have sufficient resources to take care of ourselves and those that are dear to us. Our similarities outweigh our differences. It's amazing when you focus on people instead of the news, just how small our world becomes.
This big wonderful world is at my fingertips. With ear buds in, listening to music from creators around the world... life is good!
