There are those who can magically transform the allotted time you are have been given. You are no longer in that moment in time, but have been transported into another dimension where time no longer exists. The world you know has disappeared, and for a few moments in time, you exist in a new world, created by another's hands. It may be a world you desire to remain, or a world you know you should flee, but are trapped within its bounds.

2022 Come Journey With Me
The year 2022... the year I step into fantasy and fiction as I continue to travel upward in my journey as an author. It is a path I extend my hand and invite you to join me. It will be a year of mystery and adventures. The future is unknown to any of us, but together we place one foot in front of the other and face what lies ahead. It will be a journey of discovery. A small moment in time with great impact in our lives, should we choose to accept the challenges and learn the lessons which they will teach us.

My Response to Hugh Howey Blog Post about WOOL
Hugh Howey has been a guiding influence into my journey in becoming an author. The gentleman doesn't know who I am. He won't remember that he blocked me on Twitter, with my former account, because I dared to state that the hearing I was watching demonstrated to me, just how dysfunctional our government was and both parties had to take responsibility for that dysfunction. He simple stated, my comparing the two parties would result in me being blocked. I just smiled. I never stated my political opinion, just my observation that there was room to improve communication between the two parties.

As with all skills, the more you practice the better you become. Social media has played an integral part in my writing's evolution.

Like A Stream
Life is filled with twists and turns. I often reflect upon life's path as I look at a stream as it flows through mountains which it has carved its presence in. It is in knowing the persistence in moving and going around obstacles which puts me in awe as I watch it flow with apparent ease. The sound is like a symphony to me. It sings to my soul. It rejuvenates me.

We barely finished celebrating the close of 2020, when 2021 decided to step in and let us know that our journey isn't over. I know that there is a lot of anxiety right now with the current events. Remember, with strength and courage we must continue to press forward.

Thoughts About Freedom
Freedom… it flows out of our mouths so easily, yet there is a complexity to this word that could fill volumes of books and shelves.
Freedoms equate to consequences, both natural and of made by man. One is free to choose to stick their hand on a hot stove, but they are not free of suffering the natural consequence of being burned. We are free to make the choice to remove our clothes and walk down the street, but we are not free of the man-made laws that would cause us to be arrested. Laws made because one choice was felt it took away the freedom of another.

If You Don't Enjoy It, Don't Consume It
Master chefs are experts are creating tasty dishes by using spices to enhance the flavor. Communication is much like cooking. Take a basic ingredient and begin to add flavors and spices to make it consumable. It takes time, skill and practice. Master chefs care about how others will enjoy their food they've prepared.
How then, is this not any different in becoming a master communicator of information?

It's All About The Climb - Fiction Writing Journey
It was then I began to realize that stepping into fiction wouldn't be distinctive from my non-fiction work, but enhance it. That was exciting to me. The shards of thoughts and possibility flying back and forth between my right and left brain.As I gather up my tools to climb this mountain I smile. After all... the thrill is in the adventure of the climb.

Exploring New Worlds
Until we are willing to study why we formulate our perspective and opinions, and learn how to communicate civilly when we disagree, it will be hard pressed to believe that we can come to a consensus on how to distribute wealth.
