Until we can acknowledge our own value, we will struggle with accepting how others value us and how to demonstrate we value others. Our thoughts can be our best friend or our worst enemy. It is up to us to determine what we will tolerate when we speak within.
If we are in a habit of speaking disrespectfully to ourselves, these words will eventually escape our mouths as we speak to others. Before we speak it, we have thought it. The more our thoughts go in a particular direction, the more consistent our communication pattern. Our communication pattern puts our thoughts on full display for the world to see.
Often we tie our value to a specific accomplishment. We fail to remember our ability to challenge ourselves and dream, as we did when we were children. Too often we begin to go down the list of why we can't accomplish something, rather than explore the options of how to accomplish our desires and dreams. When is the last time, we allowed ourselves a moment to just let our mind dream? To let our mind freely explore possibilities without being interrupted with negativity?
By doing this exercise, we help to train our mind to be solution driven, rather than defeat driven. When challenges arise, our mind will then naturally start to explore how to overcome, rather than go down the path of exploring all the negative things which could occur.
By doing dream exploration sessions, we can help train our mind to focus on facts, rather than speculation. There may be a fact based obstacle to fulfill our dreams, but rather than head into the doom and gloom arena, explore options to get past those obstacles. After all, when we are dreaming we can choose to explore the end result of being successful, or explore the end result of failing. The choice is ours to make.
Dream... dream big. Let our minds explore the wonders of the world. Let's push our minds to explore all the positive possibilities.
