At the moments in our lives, when we feel an emptiness, we tend to search outside of ourselves to fill the emptiness within. If we will instead, acknowledge that this is the time for us to step within, to find a fulfilling world that lies within us. We are complete, even in moments when we are alone. Our completeness is based upon our perspective of our value.
If we are secure in our value, then in moments of emptiness, we will see this as an opportunity for us to define what is causing the feeling of emptiness. When we understand, that nothing external can be consistently dependable, we can avoid dependency to fulfill moments of emptiness.
If we are feeling lonely, the only way for us to resolve our feelings of loneliness is to take action to begin communicate with others. If we expect others to take the initial action, we will often be disappointed. Another, may not be feeling empty and does not have the need to reach out. They would however, be receptive to your need, should you reach out.
Our value often is equated to output. Our perspective of our output is based upon individual perspective. One can place tremendous value on what we are able to produce, while another may view our productivity with minimal value. Again, when we look outside of ourselves to fulfill what we need within, we are left at the mercy of differing opinions which will change upon one's emotions and current life experiences.
By establishing our value, based upon our own perspective and goals, even then our value will change with time. As our skills, goals, and perspective changes with times, our personal thoughts about our value will continue to evolve. While we will always strive to continue to evolve, it is important for us to acknowledge that at this particular moment in time, we are already complete.
When we develop a mindset to acknowledge our value, while also acknowledging our continual evolution, we will find accepting ourselves as complete to become more naturally fundamental in not only how we view ourselves, but how we view others, and the world around us.
Let's us be mindful of our need to take time to explore our thoughts on the various subjects and philosophies which help us through our evolution of becoming better tomorrow, than we are today.
