Consistent daily action is they key to reaching the goals we set. Large goals can often be overwhelming. Taking a goal, breaking it down into small action steps and working backwards to schedule action deadline, can help eliminate the stress we often feel. This will help eliminate the temptation of giving up on a large goal.
