No one can see deep within our hearts. Only we know, that in the darkness and in the shadows, there are shimmers of light that give us hope.

Small consistent steps still lead to great destinations. When we focus on setting small goals and aiming for consistency – we begin to establish gratitude for each step we take.

Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
