Setbacks happen. Obstacles block our path. What happens when these occur, is based upon the work we have done, before they occur. It puts to test our self-discipline and self-motivation. 

Life guarantees us one thing... experience. Experience to learn and grow in understand ourselves and our emotional reaction to what life puts before us. We were never meant to look at life in black and white, success or failure, but in a marble color of experience which helps us paint the person we are and who we desire to be.

We have a history of overcoming. We are strong today, because we have overcome the obstacles and challenges of yesterday. It is up to us, to decide how we look at each facing challenge. Today, is the day to help us reflect on the strength we have within, to overcome.

DAILY ACTIVITY
Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
