Defining Thoughts - Day Twenty - Attract

Today, let's reflect on what we attract in our lives. If our thoughts are filled up with doom and gloom, our perspective of life most likely will be very dark. We may find that we struggle with seeing the positive, when there is positivity to be found. What is our first natural tendency in a situation? Do we look to find the faults, or look to find the good?

In every bad situation, there can be good found. In every good situation, there can be bad found. Is it good news, or is it bad news? Can it be a bit of both?

It comes down to how we've trained ourselves to view life. Today, lets explore our thoughts as to why we choose to view things as we do.





Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
