Defining Thoughts - Day Ten - Responsibility

For day ten, our thoughts will be to reflect on our responsibility for our own thoughts. Thoughts lead to our emotions. When we are self-disciplined in our thoughts, we will be more self-disciplined with our emotions. 

This doesn't equate to us not having emotions, but understanding them. When we become angry, sad, depressed, and even happy allows us to ask ourselves "why?"

When was the last time you really understood why you were having the emotion you felt? While this may sound odd, by delving in and exploring the layers of the emotion, we gain greater insight to triggers which affect them.

DAILY ACTIVITY

Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
