When we think about interaction, we naturally reflect on the interaction we have with others. When was the last time we reflected on how we interacted with ourselves. While we may think we can hind our inner thoughts and dialogue, eventually they slip out of our mouths and we have exposed ourselves.

It begins to make one question, how they speak to themselves, about themselves. If one is critical of everyone around them, wouldn't it be logical to assume, this criticism is also shared of themselves?
Today, let's take a moment and reflect on how we interact with ourselves. Are we being supportive and encouraging? We are with ourselves 24/7. Since we can't escape ourselves, shouldn't we strive to enjoy ourselves?
