Breaking Through - Day Twenty-Nine
An evening reflection of our day can be a part of our meditation process to help us rewind and establish our priorities for the next day. Every day will have a win. In moments of deep discouragement, the win may be that you got up and showered. It could be that you made your bed or take a walk.
Celebrate the win of the day. Celebrate the strength you had, when you didn't feel strong. Celebrate that you are maintaining your commitment to yourself.
