Developing self-discipline in our thoughts, in the heat of the moment, allows us to take in valuable information that can assist in calming tensions. All around us, we see individuals jump in and fuel an already intense situation. What is their motivation?
Today, we will observe ourselves and our emotional interaction to challenging life events. We will observe our motivation for our interaction. Do we want to calm the situation down, collaborate to find solutions, or do we get out our phone in excitement about our upload going viral?
Only we can determine our motivation. It begins, when we observe the initial thoughts that pop up in our mind, when these situations occur.
