While we all would very much enjoy our days be filled with laughter, there are days, when finding happiness seems to evade us. These are the days in which we must dig in deeper and put our self-discipline in our thoughts to the test. Even in the darkest of days, there are things in our life, which bring us joy.
Focusing on the joy in our life, frees up our mind from stress, fear, and anxiety. In this state of mind, we are in a better position to formulate solutions to the challenges before us.
Are we dependent on external events to find our happiness?
Have we become an an adrenaline addict, feeding ourselves with bursts of anger?
