Life can get hectic and filled with a thousand directions our mind can travel down. Today we'll be reflecting on our ability to maintain our focus on the present moment. Our presence is key in forming and maintaining strong relationships. It is an indicator to our interest and commitment in the relationship.
It is easy to let our mind wander when we have pressing challenges in our lives. It takes a self-disciplined mind, to maintain our focus. Whether it is when we are meditating for the day, or listening to someone who needs our attention, our ability to maintain our presence can be put to the test.
Today, let's reflect on how we can improve our relationships by improving our ability to maintain our focus on the moment.
Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
