Success is a choice. When we focus on the outcome of success, rather than the fear of failure, we choose to succeed by our actions.

Defining Thoughts - Day Thirty - Confidence

Today is the final day of Defining Thoughts Thirty-Day Motivational Challenge. We've spent thirty days, exploring thirty topics to help us define and refine the core principles of who we are. Are final topic is Confidence. After thirty-days, our confidence in our self-motivation and self-discipline is higher than when we started.

Regardless of whether we stayed on track, or we had days we needed to catch up, we improved. Confidence occurs when we set a goal and work through the challenges along the way and complete the goal. There will be times when we meet our expectations, and times when we fall short. Both have value. Both provide us insight into what went well and what didn't. We then can reflect on what occurred when we fell short of our expectations.
Walk away with confidence, knowing you can always come back and retake the challenge.
Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
