Day thirteen is focusing on our relationship with ourselves. We may think, we can hide our negative self-talk, but what goes on in our mind, eventually filters out in our speech. We expose ourselves, to whether we have a healthy or toxic relationship, with ourselves.
We can leave unhealthy relationships in our lives, but we can never leave ourselves. It's time we start investing in the relationship within. A health internal relationship will then expand to creating healthier relationships around us.
Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
