Today let's reflect on our thoughts about exploration. The journey to see new things, find new adventures, and seek discoveries which help us better appreciate and understand the world in which we live. Social Media is filled with photographs of the explorations people go on as they travel the world. We are in awe at the courage of those, who dare go on explorations and challenge themselves to push past their fears.
But, what about the exploration within? This type of exploration doesn't require us to hop on an airplane and travel across the world. It doesn't require us to hoist our sails and face the turbulent waters of the oceans. There is no expense to the internal exploration. Yet, only the truly brave we take the challenge to explore within.
It begins with delving into the basic understanding to answer, the who, what, when, where, and why.
- Who do I desire to be?
- What am I willing to do today, to become closer to who I want to be?
- When do I want to see progress towards this goal?
- Where do I want to be in a week, month, and year?
- Why is this important to me?
Let today, be the day, we begin our exploration to finding the hidden treasures of being able to answer the questions which begin with who, what, when, where, and why.
Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
