Our accountability begins with ourselves. For Day Eleven of our challenge our thoughts should be on how we hold ourselves accountable. We are with ourselves 24/7. Becoming accountable to ourselves, improves our ability to hold ourselves accountable to the commitments we make to others.
It begins within. Our first priority is to focus on strengthening ourselves.
Fears hold us back. They are usually tied to a loss. When we face our fears and explore where these fears were planted, and what we are afraid to loose, we can address the initial thoughts surrounding that particular fear.
